Heavy duty caster wheels refer to casters with a relatively large load capacity. They are classified according to the load-bearing capacity of the casters. They are classified as light-duty casters and medium-duty casters. There is no clear limit. Generally, the load-bearing capacity ranges from 500 kg to 15 tons or even more. High load casters are called heavy duty casters.

The brackets of heavy casters usually use metal materials as the main body, including ordinary steel plate stamping forming, cast steel forming, die forging steel forming, etc., usually flat-plate assembly. The thickness of steel plate of heavy casters is generally 8mm, 10mm, 16mm and more than 20mm.

Such as nylon wheels, cast iron wheels, forged steel wheels, hard rubber wheels, polyurethane wheels, and phenolic resin wheels are ideal choices. According to the principle that the larger the diameter of the wheel, the more flexible the rotation, the commonly used specifications are 4 inch casters, 5 inch casters, 6 inch casters, 8 inch castors, 10 inch castors, 12 inch casters.
